As summer unfolds, I’m embarking on a 10-week reading journey that I’m calling “Leadership, Language, and Legacy.” It’s more than just a reading list—it’s a curated path of growth for my soul, my leadership, and my voice.
This season, I’m intentionally weaving together classic literature, ministry-focused nonfiction, and culturally rich works to shape how I lead, communicate, shepherd, and preach the gospel.
🧭 Why This Reading Plan?
Each book was chosen with purpose. I wanted stories that challenge, theology that grounds, and voices that stretch my imagination. Here’s what I’m hoping to cultivate:
As a Leader: Sharpening my strategic thinking, empathy, and cultural awareness.
As a Communicator: Learning from master storytellers and prophetic voices.
As a Pastor: Deepening my theological roots and pastoral wisdom.
As a Preacher: Enriching my sermons with rhythm, relevance, and resonance.

💬 Let’s Grow Together
I’ll be sharing reflections throughout the summer—what’s stirring me, what’s challenging me, and how these books are shaping my voice and vision. I’d love to hear what you’re reading too.
Here’s to a summer of pages turned and paths transformed.
With purpose,
Pastor Keith
